COVID-19 FAQs

What are you doing as an organization to protect the health of your members?

We screen each member prior to a performance and training by taking temperature and asking a standard questionnaire. We clean and sanitize all equipment at the end of use. We enforce each member to wear a mask at all times with the exception of dancers during a performance. Lastly, we remain at least 6 feet apart from each other and those that are around us during training and whenever possible.

What do we need to do to protect to provide a safe environment for our guests and your team?

We ask that you and your guest(s) follow strict CDC guidelines (Wearing face mask, practice clean hygiene and social distancing). We understand that a performance can take place indoors or outdoors. Please abide by your city/county/state regulation regarding the capacity of your event.

Can we still take pictures and interact with the lions/dragon?

Absolutely! We WANT to take pictures with you on your special day. Do you have to wear a mask? No. However, we will limit the time for a photo session at the end of your performance. We ask you to refrain from making direct contact with the performers when interacting with the lions, dragon, or auspicious characters.

Is a deposit still required?

Yes. We still require a deposit to secure your date and time. However, we understand during this unprecedented time, things are still fluid. In the event that your performance is cancelled, we will offer a full deposit refund. If the performance needs to be rescheduled at a later date, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

Are there any changes to your performances and production?

Not at all! Our team is committed to providing you an exciting and high quality performance while sharing our culture and art with our clients.

Are you still performing for lunar new year?

As of right now, we are still going about our business as if Lunar New Year is still happening. We welcome all inquiries for the 2022 Lunar New Year. With that being said, we will have a discussion with each client regarding their scheduled date, time, and specificity of their performance pertaining to a possible continuation of COVID-19.
